Mercedes E320 (2000)

Mercedes e320 year 2000 Previous owner I bought it from said engine and transmission were replaced - 90k on it to date. No receipts, I Can’t confirm this is true: but engine/transmission are smooth, and look like they are remanufactured from Mercedes. Tags good through 2024 Body is in great condition, no major flaws 249k miles on chassis. Interior is good, except cracking on seats: sheep skin covers cover the cracks. Some electrical issues, fuses could be replaced (radio, ac, turn signals). These parts work but the key needs to be positioned/pressed correctly while in ignition: could be the old replacement key acting up or fuses. Car drives safely, electrical issues can be bypassed with the right touch, but should be fixed to make things easier. Asking for $2500 obo, I wanted to keep this car but I’m too busy to work on it .
