This was use for processing all kinds of foods . This has ceramic lining for food grade brining and large scale healthy home processing foods . I remember curing small batches of Hams and Bacon in this . We also pickled whole small personal size Watermelons as in it as well . Very few people have even heard of much less ever tasted it .
