Update: VD apologized when I messaged them on Facebook saying this shouldn't have happened since I was already walking around with it. The following day I saw another one posted on Instagram amd called right away. I was able to pay for it over the phone so they can hold it for me. I'm glad things worked out in the end 😅

As much as I love Valley Discount, I'm giving it a 4 star (3 just feels to low considering we've saved a good thousand or more shopping with them this year). Following on social media is great to keep tabs on what's new, however I did not know we could pay for things over the phone or else I would have called it in right away to hold an item since I was just 4 minutes away leaving the dr office. I figured if it was there, it was meant to be. Normally I'm 15-20 minutes away so when I found it, I was so excited. I've been here so often that I already could tell where it was going to be. It was hard to believe!

I found the perfect christmas present for my husband and grabbed it, ready to check out. The lady at the register (while on the phone) apologized and said someone just bought it over the phone. I really wish VD would pull the item first, so no one is happily shopping around thinking they scored the perfect item 😭

We have shopped at Valley Discounts numerous times and have always had a great experience.  The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.  We have purchased items for house remodel projects and have always been happy with our purchases.  They are responsive on social media and always want to help.  I have recommended to numerous friends and they have had the same experience.

Awesome place. A range from furniture, to tool, appliances, clothes. It takes a bit to find the treasures but they are there if ur willing to look.

Amazing selection at this location. The staff is incredibly helpful. One staff member Shauna helped me and my family refurnish our home after an unforseen emergency left us at a new rental that was completely empty.
