Great car dealership! Joe and Yousef were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, often going above and beyond to help accomadate a first time buyer. They gave a reasonable discount for certain underlying neccesary repairs, offered to transport the vehicle to a local mechanic I selected for said repairs, and even offered to drive me to the dealership so I could avoid paying for an Uber.

Overall, solid dealership, great customer service, 10/10 would reccomend.

I had been on a Long hunt for the PERFECT royal blue Honda Accord Sport. The ones on Carvana, Carmax, or even dealers in my state were not meeting my expectations. As soon as I seen this one listed at Iconic Coach, I knew it had to be mine. After touring this car via video visit and meeting Yusuf, I decided to move forward with the buying process after doing research on the vehicle. My whole buying process was seamless, and I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. Everything from top to bottom was explained thoroughly and with honesty. Yusuf and Joe are genuine people who care about their clients, and not looking to just make a sale like other dealerships. They display true professionalism, acknowledgement, and personable characteristics. I can tell they value the relationships they have with their clients. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate in the absolute slightest. My experience was nothing short of iconic. Ten stars from me!

When looking for a car I was able to find this dealership. Along side other dealers this dealership by far has the best presentation of their cars. It was very clear when buying my car that they put care into every single car they sell.

I bought a Mazda Miata from them and they took the time to go over financial options with me to make sure I could get the car. During the process they had the car cleaned up and ready to go right after the process was over. The car is in very good condition and has worked great and been a joy to drive around. I recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to get a nice car at a dealer they can rely on for quality.

Our car buying experience was truly ICONIC!
We had been looking at Porsche Cayennes for my husband for several months, and had come across one at Iconic Coach that we really liked, however we live in Texas and California just seemed too far. But as we continued our search this particular Cayenne kept popping up. It caught our eye because it was a good price, appeared to be in excellent condition, and the photos and video online were great. We especially appreciated hearing them crank the vehicle in the video. I read several of their reviews on Google and felt like they would be honest and easy to work with. So late one night my husband said, “Why don’t we just hop on a plane tomorrow and fly out there to take a look at it. If we like it we’ll have a fun road trip driving it home, and if not we’ll enjoy a mini vacay in Cali before flying back.” So we did it! We booked the flight and 8 hours later we were on our way to San Diego. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted at the door by Joe. We told him we were there to see the Cayenne and he immediately had one of his guys go grab it off the lot, give it a fresh wash, and then pull it up front for us to take a test drive. For the year and mileage it was in great shape and drove very well. Joe told us that every vehicle they bring in first goes to an independent mechanic who does an inspection and then makes any necessary repairs. They keep a sheet with all of the repairs for every vehicle on their lot. This gave us a lot of confidence that the Cayenne was truly in good mechanical condition. We decided to buy! Yusef helped us with the purchase. He, like Joe, was friendly, and efficient. We drove off the lot happy and excited about our Porsche Cayenne! It took us 3 days to drive home but it was so fun, especially with such a fun vehicle to drive! We truly had an ICONIC trip!

Great experience—transparent, helpful, and patient staff. The environment is fast-paced, but in a good way. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle we were interested in the moment we stepped into the dealership, and the paperwork was quick and straightforward. They even offered us the chance to have our own mechanic inspect the car before officially buying it, as we had initially noticed a minor issue (a dashboard light was on). Long story short, they also sent the vehicle to their own mechanic, who fixed the problem in just a few days. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable used car at a fair price.
