Alexander Smith is a true professional at his job! He serves other people with excellence!  I can tell that he doesn't let other people's bad day, and energy disturb him! Alexander Smith values how he treats customers! I see people yelling and he remains same ole Alexander calm and patient. I drive from Buckeye to get my 2 Kia Soul serviced here at Earnhardt Peoria drive past 2 other Kia dealerships because of the great service from Alexander Smith and Johnny Pearlstein the latter whom I bought my 2 Kias from. The staff are friendly enough. We didnt come to an agreement on a price for a car I wanted, which is fine and I didnt have a problem with that. My first visit to the lot was ok, but we didnt agree to a price. A couple days later, I texted the salesman asking if they would accept an offer that was bigger than my last offer. The salesman replied "Your presence is your power with my GM and it being the end of the year I guarantee we can make something happen." Well, I showed up expecting some negotiation, but there was none. They promised to make something happen and nothing happened. No budging on their price at all from the last time I was physically there.  It was a waste of 2 hours of my time driving there, not budging on their price from the last time i visited after i was told "we can make something happen", then driving back.

To summarize, if they dont accept your offered price the first time, dont waste your time visiting their lot a second time to negotiate further. Its probably better to negotiate over text until they provide a firm price offer.

Edit: They reached out to me and said they would provide coaching to their sales guy. My original rating was 4/5 stars, but Im changing it to 5/5 stars for excellent customer service and doing what they can to improve their customer's experience.

I purchased a 2023 Kia Palisade about a month ago, and I must say that my initial buying experience was excellent. The salesman and finance manager were not pushy or aggressive, unlike many of my past experiences at other dealerships. We were able to finalize the deal smoothly, and I was very satisfied at the time. Based on that experience alone, I would have given five stars.

However, the reason I am leaving three stars is due to an issue that arose during the test drive. My wife and I noticed two small but very noticeable cracks on the front windshield. When I brought this to the salesman’s attention, he assured me that the windshield could be replaced at no additional cost and that it would be taken care of before we left. After finalizing all the details, we had a handshake agreement to have the windshield repaired. While I understand this was not included in the written contract, when a man gives his word, I expect it to be honored.

After taking delivery of the vehicle, my wife and I drove off and, in our excitement, did not immediately notice that the cracks were still present. We assumed it had simply been overlooked and that the windshield would be replaced once I contacted the salesman to schedule an appointment with the service department. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, I was met with resistance and told that I should have returned immediately and that too much time had passed—even though it had only been about a week, as I had been busy. I have text messages to support this timeline.

I would have preferred that the employees at Earnhardt Kia had been upfront and honest if they were unable to honor that part of the agreement. I could have respected that honesty far more than being told one thing and experiencing another.

Bought this beautiful Jeep SRT from Earnhardt Kia and loved it for the 4 days I drove it until it mechanically broke down. Confused on how a dealership misses such a big flaw during their inspection. Typically this is not an item that’s missed in an inspection before it’s put on the lot. Bought it on Monday 11/3 broke down in my dealerships parking lot Friday 11/7 luckily I didn’t have to tow the vehicle anywhere because I was at work (aka a jeep dealership). Of course I called Earnhardt Kia to report this matter and of courseee “they aren’t responsible” according to sales manager Scott. Now I have to figure this out on my own instead of the dealership paying for this flaw that they clearly skipped over lol. Mario, Johnny, and Jordan was great to work with 100% but as far as a dealership taking care of their products and customers after the transaction. Terrible. I’ve called countless times asking to speak to the GM and/or the Service manager and do you guys think I received a call back? Of course not lol. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been without my vehicle. Never again from Earnhardt Kia!!
