For sale: • Sofa, loveseat, and sectional – all in fair condition • Normal wear from daily use • Could use a good cleaning • One loveseat has an arm that needs repair (broken but still in place) • Solid coffee table • Sturdy and in fair condition • Includes additional storage space underneath • Dining room table with 6 chairs • Table is 70 inches and extends to 88 inches • Chairs are in fair condition and need cleaning from regular use Everything is still usable and solid, just not new.
