This is a used-once, completely functional item. This is used to heat up to 4 bath towels or 2 bath-robes for a comforting experience. I received it as a gift, used it once and then relocated and forgot about it. Typical retail price for these, new, is $80. I'm asking $30 for it, as long as you come pick it up. I'll deliver it within 15 miles of Orangevale for an additional $10, meaning a total of $40
