Delivery is available for an additional fee. The delivery price depends on the distance, driving time, time of day, and my availability. If you would like to test the item before purchasing, I have an EcoFlow generator and a monitor available so you can fully test everything yourself. For this reason, I do not send videos of items working, since you can verify everything in person before purchasing. All prices are firm because I provide a 30-day warranty on everything I sell. If something stops working due to an issue that was missed during testing, I will either replace the item or provide a full refund. I also provide support and assistance practically 24/7 if you have any questions or need help after your purchase. Please note that delivery fees and any card/payment processing fees are separate from the item price and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, only the amount paid for the item itself will be refunded. If you would like to return the item for a reason that is not related to a defect or issue on my side, I may still accept the return, but the refund amount will be 70% of the original purchase price. Before any warranty return, I will test the item to confirm the issue. If no issue is found, the 70% return policy applies. If I come to your location and no issue is found, a $20 travel fee will apply. Trades: I only accept trades for items that have a higher used-market value than the item you want. If the values are similar, be prepared to add cash on top. Holds: If we agree on a meeting and you are already on your way to meet me, the item will be held for you. Longer holds require a 20% deposit. Payment Methods: Cash and Zelle have no additional fees. If you pay through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Apple Cash, you are responsible for covering all transaction fees, including any fees charged to send the payment to my account and any instant transfer fees required to move the funds to my bank account.
