This is brand new and its original box with the manual and instructions. comes with six water bags and two spare and the syringe and manual. I originally got this for my son for the treadmill but he didn’t want to use it. Never been assembled. I believe it’s 10 pounds total once you fill up the water bags. The vest has weight without the water bags . Close to 5 pound box. From Amazon
