This is a very heavy, substantial piece of furniture — not lightweight particleboard or inexpensive flat-pack furniture. It is exceptionally well built and has plenty of life left in it. Structurally, it is in excellent condition with absolutely NO structural damage. The cabinet is extremely sturdy and solid. The doors, shelving and cabinetry are intact and functional. It does have cosmetic wear from use, including scratches, scuffs and areas of finish wear, which are clearly shown in the photos. These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the structural integrity or function whatsoever. Because of the quality and solid construction, this would be a fantastic refinishing/restoration piece. Sand it and restain it, paint it, update the hardware, or simply use it as-is.
