  • Ordered a charging case for my Beats Studio. The charger would not charge the ear buds and constantly beeped. Submitted a return and exchange. Received the next charging case and did the exact same thing. Not charging, constantly beeping. Both charging cases looked used with scratches and scuffs even though they were promoted as “new”.

  • This product is fantastic! It works perfectly and is super easy to set up. The only thing I think could be better is that sometimes certain apps don’t display the image, it says is not supported. I’m not sure if it’s the product or the app. Overall, I love it and especially enjoy watching the games.

  • Initially I lost my left earbud when my case hit the ground, opened up they flew out and the second time my original earbud completely stop working and not wanting to buy complete new sets when I lost them either time. A huge thank you to Recell Exchange, they saved me when I needed to replace just a single earbud. 2nd time using them and no issues at all. Great customer service and fast delivery. Will always be using them for my earphone needs.
