Ordered a charging case for my Beats Studio. The charger would not charge the ear buds and constantly beeped. Submitted a return and exchange. Received the next charging case and did the exact same thing. Not charging, constantly beeping. Both charging cases looked used with scratches and scuffs even though they were promoted as “new”.

This product is fantastic! It works perfectly and is super easy to set up. The only thing I think could be better is that sometimes certain apps don’t display the image, it says is not supported. I’m not sure if it’s the product or the app. Overall, I love it and especially enjoy watching the games.

Initially I lost my left earbud when my case hit the ground, opened up they flew out and the second time my original earbud completely stop working and not wanting to buy complete new sets when I lost them either time. A huge thank you to Recell Exchange, they saved me when I needed to replace just a single earbud. 2nd time using them and no issues at all. Great customer service and fast delivery. Will always be using them for my earphone needs.

First time around, I ordered the wrong part, returned it they issued me a gift card. Waited almost. A year to use it, and when I did had no issue online. Received my AirPod, in great condition, instructions were clear and everything went well. Great company!

This is getting ridiculous. I placed an order on October 31st..... October 31st!!! I then sent in a cancelation request the very next day on November 1st. 1st I was told I would receive the refund within 3 business days. Then I was told I had already received the refund, and then I was told that the refund went directly to Best Buy which made absolutely no sense. It wasn't until I called Best Buy and had this matter escalated that I finally received a valid answer and an attachment confirming a refund. I received the refund confirmation on November 18th, 2025. It stated that the refund would be back on the card used for the purchase within 10 days. It has now been 15 days and 11 business days and I still have not received the refund. Because I had to call California from Toronto Canada to make sure things were actually progressing (making sure I wasn't being scammed) I was charged an additional $75 in long distance fee's. Long story short it would have been cheaper and less of a headache if I avoided Best and Recall and just went directly through Samsung.
