Needs a decent cleaning. Comes with some accessories to put to a window. Works and blows cold. For extra $50 I’ll do a professional cleaning. If it requires a new disposable filter, that will not be included. Most have filters that can be rinsed. I’m unsure about this particular unit. Does not come with remote.
