I had a great experience working with Rony at the dealership. He went above and beyond to take care of me.

The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He communicated clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and made sure I understood everything about my vehicle. That level of customer service is hard to find.

I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting him specifically for future service. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone who genuinely takes care of their customers.

Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Took nearly two weeks for them to get my car back to me, only to tell me my covered warranty repairs were not covered because they didn't meet a very specific requirement. They charged me $350 to deny my warranty, and when I asked for inspection information, proving what they claimed, I received nothing. I have still not heard from them. Their service department is disorganized, resulting in me having to work with multiple people just to get any answers on my car after receiving radio silence for 2 weeks. Never bring your car here. Drive far if you have to. Do not give them your money. Genuinely the worst dealership I've ever been to.

Update: I emailed both the general manager and the service manager. Neither ever replied. The second time we were told our car would be ready, the service advisor, Ken, told us he would call when the paperwork was finished, he again did not call. He left without contacting us that the paperwork was ready and we could pick up our car. Luckily we decided to just show up for our car. DO NOT take your car to this dealership.

Extremely disappointed with the service experience today. We dropped our car off at 8:30 AM and were told it would be ready this afternoon. When we hadn’t heard anything, we started calling around 4:45 PM and received no answer multiple times.
At 5:40 PM, I finally reached someone who informed me that our service advisor had already left for the day at 4:00 PM and that our car was NOT finished — with zero communication to us.
Now we are left without a vehicle and scrambling to figure out how to get our child to school and get to work. This level of poor communication and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic updates and transparency. I would not recommend this service department based on this experience.

I was ready to buy a Dodge Charger and saw they had one listed at 11k above value to the point where car apps/sites noted that the price was likely mislisted. It was standard but listed at scat pack pricing. I was on my way to an appointment at another dealership but gave them a call to see if the price was mislisted. They confirmed it was mislisted, said it had been on the lot forever, they wanted to sell it and would get me a better deal but they “had to check with their supervisor” but could work it out and asked me to wait till I heard back from them. I waited, they called me back, we made a deal. After getting a lot of bait and switch at other dealers I asked them to send a bill of sale and they did, promised me they’d honor that price, seemed really nice and I was stoked to finally have a straight forward car buying experience at a dealer. I got on my in the car, canceled my appointment at the other dealership and they called me while I was driving over and canceled the deal and said the supervisor changed her mind and tried to upsell me to the original asking price… literally on my drive to the dealership to buy the car after sending me a bill of sale. Don’t know how car dealerships are still pulling these greasy used car salesman tactics and trying to sucker people into paying so much more than fair market value, but it’s so exhausting so do not waste your time, do your research and maybe just buy from CarMax instead, I wanted to have a car to drive off the lot today after an exhausting week but I’m at a point where I’d rather wait a week to get a car at a the same price without this nonsense and I don’t know if I’ll ever want to walk into a dealership again

We had a phenomenal experience at LAX Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and we can’t say enough great things about the entire team that helped us throughout the process. After visiting a number of dealerships and not finding the right mix of service, professionalism, and deal structure, we finally found what we were looking for here — and then some!

From the moment we arrived, Armando, our sales consultant, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He truly wanted us to find the right vehicle for our lifestyle, and that care and attention made a huge difference. We ended up going with a Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe, and we absolutely love it.

Chase, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and straightforward — no gimmicks, no games, just honest communication and a clear willingness to make the numbers work. He created a deal structure that felt fair and transparent, and he really took the time to ensure we were comfortable with every detail.

On the finance side, Ara made the paperwork smooth and stress-free. He was efficient, friendly, and walked us through each step with clarity. You can tell this team values customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to deliver it.

We also want to give a shout-out to Chris in sales — even though he wasn’t our direct rep, he jumped in to support the process and answered our questions without hesitation. It truly felt like a team effort.

This is hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. The vibe at LAX CDJR is different — it’s relaxed but professional, friendly but knowledgeable. Everyone we interacted with genuinely cared about making the experience positive.

If we could hop in our DeLorean and go back in time, we’d make the same decision all over again — and we’d hit 88 mph just to get back to this team. Huge thanks to everyone at LAX CDJR!
