If it’s listed, it’s available, please don’t ask, just tell me when you’d like to pick up. Bought for $113 just a month ago. I love this cat condo, but sadly my cats don’t. They won’t use it, no idea why, they use other things just like it, but not this one, even after covering it in catnip. I dos add another sisal scratch pad on the second level. It’s easy to disassemble and reverse the layout, if desired, I have the assembly instructions. Pick up in Sherman Oaks. Cash or Venmo only please.
