Midcentury modern ceramic Italian designer lamp, 1960. Colors are brown, tan, and orange. Dimensions are 20.5” tall x 13” wide x 13” depth. Aldo Londi (1911-2003) was an Italian ceramic artist and designer who is best known for his work with the iconic Italian ceramics company, Bitossi Ceramiche. Born in Montelupo Fiorentino, Italy, Londi began his career as an apprentice in a ceramics workshop, and later studied at the Institute of Art in Faenza.
