Barely two years old, 8’x12’ Elite Outdoor Dog Kennel made by The Dog Collection. Paid over $8,000 and was used for my Police K-9. Had an electrician wire to the house to run lights and A/C. 17”x20” plexiglass door allows access insulated 4’x8’ back room with functional window/screen and A/C. Run area is 8’x8’ with steel gauge fence in stead of traditional chain link. Duratemp Siding, and shingled roof. Polyurethane flooring in run area makes it easy to clean and pressure wash. Selling because I’m moving to Texas and transporting would cost more than replacing. Can assist with arranging local transportation. $500 for up to 25 miles for delivery and set up
