Please, if you buy a car from this dealership, you will be sad and regret every dollar that you ever went over there and spent my car is beautiful, but that’s it. Everything else started to fall apart within a week of me getting the car my car have been in the shop at least five times in the first month with the battery kept dying, which I found out the car had a electrical problem. I understand the car Is being sold as is but you’re stealing from people when you do that I also told them my situation about being a Single Mom and needing a reliable vehicle when I told them I had cash in hand they blew my phone down over and over and over and made sure to keep me there in the office with the money due to this day. I am trying to figure out how to take that company down. It’s not right what they’re doing.

I just want to say thank you so much for helping me get my car. I truly appreciate all the help and support throughout the process. Daniel provided awesome customer service and was very professional and helpful.

A special thank you to the manager as well. He was kind, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with a car. When they say "second chance," they really mean it. I love my car so much!

I had a terrific experience with Daniel at Cotera Motors. He was very kind and patient while I made my decision. He let me take the car out for a pre-purchasing inspection too. He was very clear about the purchasing process and made closing the deal easy. He took my previous car at a fair trade-in value and even noticed a brake light out on my new car that got fixed by them out the door. I would definitely recommend coming here to purchase a used car!

Definitely a SHADY experience with this dealership. After buying a car, the check engine light appeared within hours, and the dealership had me bring it back while someone drove it around and suggested I wait while they took the car to a shop. (WHAT SHOP? THERE WAS NO SHOP!)They brought it back quickly, and the light was off—(IM NOT STUPID) Common  concerns that it was just a reset. The light came back a day later, and my attempts to reach them went unanswered. They were  real fishy aboutwhat to say to the bank and what not to say. I’m pursuing further steps to resolve this.

The finance team was incredibly transparent and took the time to explain every detail of the loan process.
I was nervous about my credit situation, but Daniel worked hard to get me approved and found a rate that fit my budget.
