I cannot thank Dave and everyone at 405 Motors enough for helping me get into my new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT.  I came in with a recent repossession on my credit and honestly didn't think I had much of a chance of getting approved for a newer vehicle. Dave never made me feel judged or pressured. He treated me with kindness and respect from the very beginning.  I originally went in thinking I wanted a different vehicle, but Dave took the time to explain why he felt the Explorer would be a better long-term choice for me. He wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle he was looking out for me. He even pointed out that an older hybrid I was considering could become very expensive if the hybrid battery ever failed.  The financing process wasn't simple because my income comes from SSDI and child support, and we had to gather a lot of documentation. Dave worked hard to help me through the process and kept communicating with me the entire time. He was patient while I tracked down paperwork and answered every question I had...and trust me, I had a LOT of questions!   In the end, they found a lender willing to work with me, and I was approved that I honestly never expected after everything I'd been through last year.  I drove home in my Explorer today, and my boys are absolutely in love with it (especially the third-row seats!).  If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like a person instead of just another sale, I highly recommend 405 Motors. Thank you, Dave for helping my family get back into a dependable vehicle. We'll never forget your kindness.

Purchased a 2022 Nissan Sentra SR from them, spoke with David & Tesa. David was great, knew right away which car I was talking about. David got it ready for me to test drive. After the test drive he showed me the carfax, was good, the introduce me to Tesa. Tesa went over the price and financing options, but I already had that set up. As soon as I got the check went back to purchase the car, David was with customers but went to make sure the car was getting cleaned and ready. While Tesa and I did the paperwork. Tesa made it very easy and quick.
I would go back or recommend to a friend.

Nash sold a beautiful car to my son at a great price!  He spent much time negotiating and answering questions over the phone with him over several days. And when we came to get the car, Nash spent an extra hour patiently teaching him to drive the stick shift. We highly recommend 405 Motors!

Had a great experience with 405 motors. Was nervous first looking into this place because the car I was looking at was a rebuilt title, but 405 motors did a great job at showing the carfax, auction photos, and answering any questions I had about the cars history. People who complain about 405 motors don’t take the time to look at the cars history which they freely give out if you ask which causes them to be surprised when the cars not in “perfect condition”.

I also came here not knowing how to drive manual, and one of the staff, Nash, took 40 minutes teaching me how to drive to the point I was able to drive 4 hours home that same day. Highly recommend this place👍

I was interested in a 2013 Toyota Prius V at 405 Motors. I informed the sales staff I worked 6-7 days a week, 12 hour night shifts, and had only one day off work. I informed them I was coming from out of state and 6-7 hours from them. I also informed the dealership that I didn't own a vehicle and it would cost me to rent a car to go see the vehicle. As such, I requested for full disclosure and detailed pictures of ALL the imperfections associated with the vehicle. The sales staff sent me pictures of minor imperfections and failed to disclosed the major damages to the vehicle. I did not find out of the major damages to the vehicle until after arriving at 405 Motors. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the vehicle. The repainted front and rear bumpers did not match the colour of the car. There were lots of body damage to the rear right passenger door and quarter panel. The rocker panel on the driver side had multiple deep scrapes. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the vehicle. When I informed the sale staff that they did not include these major damages in the photos they had sent me; I was told they did not see them. The damages I saw were most noticeable. It was impossible for anyone not to see them. Clearly, the sales staff failed to be transparent with me. I incurred a loss of income, car rental expenses, car rental insurance, gasoline expenses, and a waste of my day to see a vehicle that was abused and in poor condition. I was looking forward to taking the vehicle home only to be disappointed due to a lack of transparency on their sales staff. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. I will not buy a car from 405 Motors in the future.
