I believe in second chances but this experience was diabolical. All these guys had to do was be more upfront about repairs instead of infuse malicious plots or intent when dealing with a used vehicle.

Despite having alternator issues after driving off the lot, they had me, a knowledgeable car buyer & caregiver, who was more than willing to pay discounted prices they promised me for service. I got the car inspected (as I told them I would) and got a second diagnosis Branden wanted to ensure. Between the drop off and pick up; I got the run arounds, constant confusion and severe “professional misconduct”… that’s what I’ll call it to be fair. & it got matched because I’m not professional about these situations at all either…

I was told by one salesman (Branden) that the other salesman (Patrick) was “just a counter guy” but that guy actually had a final say in the sale negotiations while helping me sign paperwork. Amongst all of the confusion, my car was repaired without consulting with me about the inspection or the repair prices. I had asked for a labor price upfront but then got told “we’ll call you back”. I was then told by the same “counter guy” that the price was equivalent to prices I exposed from estimates I got from Jiffy Lube ($1100). Patrick then told me “he paid $400 towards my repairs” when I had already expressed that I wanted a new alternator and I will pay for it myself.

Patrick tried to deter me from obtaining a third party warranty from ‘Endurance’ while upselling another third party warranty that he could collect payment for. Branden insisted on me having the car repaired with their shop while instructing me not to pay high prices else where but they could not provide a quote or receipt for the repairs including their labor price. They actually refused to give me the paperwork I kept requesting as they kept telling me what the prices were verbally.

Long story short, I received “free repairs” on my vehicle that was parked around the corner the whole time they forced high prices on me. They made it seem like THEY were being more ‘reasonable’ (is what they actually said)… and they also pretended that my car wasn’t on the property when it was…

I do not appreciate this experience. I do not like how this ended for me even if the repairs were free because all they had to do was be real about prices instead of inciting inflation.

So I gave them 3 stars because I was supposed to give a good review before the engine light came on lol

I actually would’ve been good for business and sent more customers if they didn’t expose their practices; I also did not check the reviews before my purchase so woe is me! Hopefully this review is read with grace, changes the game and enhances their business programs in order to prevent upset customers and bad reviews in the future.

Stay WILD BOYS! It was nice to meet you!

Dane Britton helped me and my husband SO much with getting our new car. He was very friendly an encouraging while I was dealing with anxiety with a new big adult purchase without a parental. Im honestly so thrilled with the service here Dane and his Co Workers were just so helpful an kind. Showed us a couple of cars I was looking at outside of what we came for which I thought was super cool. An I love the vibe inside the show room. Definitely coming back once our car is payed off to get another from here.

We had such a good experience shopping for our daughter’s first car here! Austin was incredible in helping us get down to the price we wanted and my daughter left extremely happy in her Audi. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful! If you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend you come here first ask for Austin!! One of the best dealerships we’ve ever been to

as a first time buyer and a young woman with little knowledge on cars, looking into financing a used vehicle was incredibly scary. it felt like, no matter how much research i did on any number of cars, nothing was ever going to be just right. however, as soon as i met ryan and the team at wild west, i instantly felt secure in my decision to buy my car with them!

ryan was incredibly accommodating, sweet, transparent, and knowledgeable. buying the car was easier than i had ever hoped, and i felt incredibly taken care of throughout the entire process. the “scary car dealership” cliche that i was so scared of encountering was quickly put to rest.

as a testament to their helpfulness: 24 hours after i bought the car, i realized that the alternator was failing. ryan had given me his direct cell number in case of emergencies, and within an hour had replied, telling me to bring the car back immediately. what would have been an incredibly expensive and time-consuming procedure took only twenty-four hours and, because the car had only just left the lot, they completely covered the cost. for that, im very thankful!

as a disclaimer, i was told that they buy their cars at auction and don’t do a lot of work on them because they’re not sure if they’ll sell, which makes perfect sense to me because why would you willingly put yourself in a situation where your business would possibly be losing a lot of money? granted, i don’t know everything, but after talking to the owner, he made it very clear that they try to accommodate their customers as best as they can. this basically means: if something happens to your car, you can bring it back to them and they will fix it for you because yes, that is their obligation and, yes, that is the ethical approach to working in this kind of field, and they’re doing their best to do right by you. this is a good thing!

overall, ryan and his team are incredible and, if you’re like me (a young woman, kinda scared, not incredibly car knowledgeable) hopefully you can go into the experience feeling as secure and taken care of as i did.

We’re really happy with the car we purchased- super clean, and high quality car. I worked with Brandon and loved his honesty and as I got to hear about the ownership, they really stand by the great quality of their cars. They are really cool people too. We left their lot happy and have a peace of mind. Thank you and I highly recommend them.
