WPAA has a nice selection of vehicles for anyone in need of a quality vehicle. The staff was kind, helpful, and honest. Any questions and/or concerns were answered in a timely manner. The buying process was convenient and fast. If in need of financing, it is available. I was approved in minutes and within my budget. I will consider WPAA in the future if and when I am in need of another vehicle.

They were extremely helpful with me on buying my first car. I didn’t buy one because I was looking for more options but they had a good selection. You have to do your research beforehand, Armando was still helpful in the long run. Definitely would look into them if you are on a budget and still need a vehicle.

It's hard not to give these folks a 5 star review. After my inspection and test drive, I had some concerns that they promptly addressed.

They are very accommodating and are willing to provide whatever information they have for the vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful and willing to work with you. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a vehicle through the Woodbridge auction, and I am very pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was professional and transparent. The car arrived exactly as described, with no hidden issues or surprises, and it passed its inspection perfectly. It is such a relief to find a vehicle that meets all my expectations, and I truly appreciate the accuracy of the information provided by the auction team. If you are looking for a reliable place to purchase a car, I would highly recommend Woodbridge auction. Thank you for a smooth and stress-free transaction!

Sully sales manager help me with everything

CarGet Motors represents everything people hate about buying a used car. I reached out no less than five times over two days trying to get a basic, itemized Out-the-Door (OTD) price for a vehicle I was ready to buy immediately. I was explicitly clear that I had funds ready, had strong interest in the vehicle, and promised to drive out to their Woodbridge lot that exact day once the numbers were confirmed.

Instead of basic transparency, I was given an endless runaround. I was ignored on multiple inquiries, repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened, and harassed via text to put down a deposit before they would even put pricing numbers in writing. I specifically followed up via email with Jasmin—who was the one to reach out to me FIRST—only for her to completely ghost every single response and follow-up I sent. Looking at other reviews now, I see this is a recurring pattern with her and the sales team.

When I was finally told my request had been "escalated to sales," it led right back to the same sales team that had been dodging me for days. They gave me vague numbers on the phone before casually claiming someone else magically put a deposit on the car and was coming to pick it up.

Nobody was more eager or ready to buy a car over those two days than I was. Given how hard it was to get a straight answer, there is no doubt in my mind the vehicle was never available in the first place. It was just a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to string me along and drag me out to their lot for a high-pressure upsell on another vehicle.

Save yourself the miles, the headache, and the utter waste of time. They do not respect buyers, they lack basic communication, and they do not practice basic business transparency. Take your business to a reputable dealer that values your time.
