1936 Welta Weltur 6 X 4.5 Folding 120 Medium Format Film Camera

Up for sale is this increasingly rare, made in pre-war Germany Welta Weltur folding medium format camera. It captures a 6 x 4.5cm frame onto 120 roll film. The camera is outfitted with the refreshingly fast Meyer Gorlitz Trioplan 7.5cm f/2.9. The lens is shockingly clean and clear of scratches, fungus, or any other imperfections that would effect image quality. There is a tiny amount of dust particles, of a quantity even less than every single one of my SLR lenses made half a century later. Internal dust does not effect picture quality in the least. The Compur shutter has a max speed of 1/250 and is firing at all shutter speeds. Bulb mode is responsive and snappy. The rangefinder patch is present and clear. There are no holes in the bellows. Cosmetically, well, you can see for yourself in the photos, the camera is looking pretty dang good for an 86 year old! The camera is functioning as it was intended.
