1999 Pilgrim Travel Trailer

Bought as a project a few years ago. Wanted to take everything out but the kitchen. Cooling and heating system and sliding door. Because they are in good condition. The reason I was taking it apart i wanted more room in the back but most importantly. The floor was soft and I believe it need to be reinforced and redone. The black tank does not work but since I was going to take it out when I bought it that did not matter to me. So over all I don't know what it's going to take to fix the floor and plumbing. But I just don't have time to work on it and don't want it sitting when someone else can get some use out of it. Tires hold air to move comes with hitch that previous owner told me he paid 1,000 for. $2500 OBO
