Custom built wooden dog house, not a flat-pack kit. Slatted cedar-tone siding over a solid plywood interior, pitched roof finished in real asphalt shingles, and a separate slatted deck that sits in front as a porch. Sized for a large breed - our German Shepherd used it. Exterior 52in W x 41in D x 48in H. The interior opening runs the full width, so a big dog can turn around and lie flat. Cushion included: 46in x 36in. It is faded and has outdoor wear, so treat it as a bonus rather than the reason to buy. Condition: solid and structurally sound, roof is intact and sheds water. Venting side panels to enable easy airflow. The deck boards are weathered grey from sun. Heavy and awkward - bring two people and a truck or a large SUV.
