Dog Run Enclosed Potty Grass Area

Dog run Enclosed potty grass area $125 Built this dog run for the side of my house, accesible from doggy door inside house. It holds 2 plastic trays and i buy 4 pieces of sod every 2-3 weeks ($12). We have coyotes in the area so its the safest way for them to go potty day or night without having to be walked. Great when raining or too tired to walk them. I have 2 plastic trays included. The front face of the dog run is on wheels and when unlatched rolls all the wy out to get in and clean or replace the grass. Suggest getting a solar motion light so at night it turns on when they walk in. Asking $250 for the run and the 2 trays. The trays alone were $60 each. 8’ long x 3-3.5’ high x 2.5’ wide NOTE: Photo that shows grass was taken before the front support beam was installed. It is a solid beam and roof doesnt sink.
