A substantial vintage Briddell solid-steel butcher cleaver, made in the USA and built for professional meat-processing and commercial kitchen use. Measuring approximately 15" overall with a 9" cutting edge, this is a large, heavy-duty example with its original-style hardwood handle, full tang construction, three metal rivets, and hanging hole at the upper blade corner.
