1990 Lance Camper

FOR SALE It's time to move onto bigger and better things. We've traveled all over the Pacific Northwest in this Lance Camper. Camped in the middle of nowhere in 120 degree weather as well as full snow storms. It includes all the amenities that you'll need. Full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Full kitchen with refrigerator (electric and propane) and gas stove. It has a hot water heater and brand new water pump. Air conditioning and propane furnace heater. New mattress for maximum comfort. Two brand new propane tanks and 12v battery. Full aluminum 1 piece roof. Wired for a generator as well, but I removed it when I bought the camper to utilize that storage area. I have the Onan generator though with less than 10 hours on it that I will include. I also have all the original paperwork and owners manuals. Sleep 4 adults comfortably and can even squeeze a few kids in as well. Top storage folds down to a bed and couch/dinette turns into a bed. Includes flat screen TV and I'll throw in the heavy duty stand as well. I store it on the stand when it's not in my truck. Requires an 8ft bed, we hauled it with a non-dually F250 with no problems. Asking $6300 or best offer. The camper is located in Lake Arrowhead, but I can deliver it for an added fee if necesary. Come and take a look, the camper will sell itself.
