10’ x 10’ heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel in excellent condition. Approximately 118” x 118” x 70.9” high with waterproof roof cover. Only about 1½ years old and seldom used. Nothing is wrong with it, I simply don’t use it enough and want to use the space for something else. INCLUDED: • Complete 10’ x 10’ metal kennel/enclosure • Waterproof roof cover • Artificial turf flooring already cut to fit • 4 mounted stainless-steel food/water bowls Originally paid approximately $300 for the kennel, plus the cost of the artificial turf. IMPORTANT: BUYER MUST DISASSEMBLE AND HAUL AWAY. The kennel is currently fully assembled and secured with multiple bolts. Buyer is responsible for bringing their own tools, taking it apart as needed, and loading/transporting it. You will need a truck or other appropriate vehicle. This will NOT fit in a regular car. I am unable to assist with disassembly, lifting, carrying, or loading, so please bring enough help to remove it yourself. $175. Pickup only. Zip code 90019 Serious buyers please.
