Vase The Facts

There’s this Gucci Mane (sp) song where he talks about cooking up “rock” in a pot on the stove, at the “trap”. I can’t be certain, as I don’t listen to too much R&B, but I don’t think he was referring to this hand-painted clay pot. I also don’t know how someone could fall asleep in a house that is considered A trap. I’d be all nerves wondering at what point would I become entangled in the curtains or pinned under a fallen chandelier or however trap houses work. The only time my house was considered a trap was when my entire family hosted my intervention there. I knew my hoarding had gotten out of hand when I struggled to remember behind which painting was my medicine cabinet where my ocd pills were kept. Without those pills my collection could take a quick turn from trinkets and statues, to fry cartons and McFlurry spoons. (Wish I could be like their ice cream machine….never working.) Whether your house is a safe place or whether you have to keep alert in fear of the unknown, be confident in knowing that every item of decor I sell you makes my home less of a fire hazard… and for that the Austin Fire Department thanks you!
