Fish tanks 40 gallon and 10 gallon

My father passed away and I had to rehome his fish I know nothing about fish and I have his 4 dogs & a parrot to take care of. These two tanks are used but in very good condition. One he used as a quarantine tank the other had a africa's Cichlid in it.
