Nortiake Paris Opera #4718 16 3/4" Oval Bone China Platter 1996 So Much Detail from the abstract Motif blending the color and pattern on the large rim. Approx: 16 3/4" from end to end x 12" W weighing 2 Pounds 15 ounces. In lovely condition with no chips or cracks. there is a small marke on the large black ski area that may have been done in production, not sure. I do have other lovely items in this pattern if interested. I do not think any of these pieces were used by the condition they are in. A Bit of History: Noritake, a Japanese company known for its fine china, was founded in 1904 as Nippon Toki Gomei Kaisha. The company was established in the village of Noritake, near Nagoya, with the goal of producing Western-style dinnerware for export. Noritake's history is marked by its early focus on quality and its ability to adapt to changing market demands, eventually becoming a globally recognized brand. This lovely pattern was in production from 1(contact info removed) and now discontinued.
